Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing incoming live chat inquiries from customers, providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. You will work closely with other departments to address customer needs and improve service, while meeting or exceeding performance metrics and contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities

* Manage incoming live chat inquiries from customers in a timely manner, ensuring prompt and effective support.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in live chat, demonstrating your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism, showcasing your ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure, ensuring effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
