The Role
As a Support Chat Representative - Remote, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via chat to address inquiries and provide support. You will resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, document customer interactions in our support database for future reference, and work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. You will also provide product and service information to customers to enhance their understanding and usage, follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been adequately resolved, and maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries and provide support
- Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately to ensure satisfaction
- Document customer interactions in our support database for future reference
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat environment
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality support
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if necessary
