Job Summary

As a Business Analysis Manager in the Worldwide Revealing group, you'll play a critical role in driving our success by collaborating with specialty unit finance groups to develop and implement monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior stakeholders, including the board and executive leadership team. You'll also be responsible for leading and improving our consolidated operating margin analyses. Our Worldwide Revealing team is seeking a partner who can help drive change and efficiencies and deliver effective reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive month-to-month and quarterly reporting packages for senior stakeholders

• Lead and improve consolidated operating margin analyses
• Conduct research, including external benchmarking, and use statistical tools and situation analysis to inform sound financial business decisions
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to colleagues to achieve business results
• Work with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results, and improve processes
• Present data and recommendations to senior management and identify opportunities for growth and development

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration, mathematics)

• Moderate experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business development
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders
• Experience with project management and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration, mathematics)

• Experience in the retail or food service industry
• Experience with data visualization tools and statistical software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, R)
• Certification in business analysis or a related field (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)

Skills and Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders
• Strong project management and process improvement skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Experience with data visualization tools and statistical software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, R)
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts and principles
