Job Description:
As an arenaflex Customer Support Remote Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing Friendly Support:
Offer warm and welcoming support to all internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Working in a Helpful Spirit:
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service:
Deliver outstanding customer service to individuals traveling, using freight or luggage services, by addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Handling Tagging and Registration:
Work with an automated retail location system to handle tagging and registration, as well as boarding, luggage services, reservations, and resolving related grievances and issues.
Handling Cash and Credit Transactions:
Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets, calculate charges, make change, and balance daily transactions.
Inspecting Luggage and Freight:
Inspect luggage and freight, answer phone calls to provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or complaints, and assist on a case-by-case basis.
Managing Overbooked Flights:
Manage overbooked flights, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and resolve such issues quickly and within established organizational rules.
Providing Current and Accurate Information:
Provide current and accurate information on admission, schedules, reservations, flight arrivals and departures, and answer general questions from customers and other airport guests.
Completing Forms and Reports:
Complete forms and reports as required by the organization.
Writing Incident and Complaint Reports:
Write incident and complaint reports as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other work duties as directed by supervisors.
Information, Abilities, and Competencies:

Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job.
Record-Keeping and Compliance:
Ability to understand records, follow guidelines, learn and comprehend tagging techniques, rules, and regulations.

Training and Assessment:
Ability to complete the Customer Service Representative training program with an 80% or higher average and pass an assessment period.
Crisis Management:
Ability to recognize and manage crisis situations on a case-by-case basis.

Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turnaround of flights.
Appearance and Professionalism:
Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance and understand the Ground Tasks Representative Handbook and Work Understanding.
Verbal and Written Communication:
Ability to communicate verbally by phone, face-to-face, and on public address systems, as well as in writing.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability:
Ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
