Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You'll be responsible for entering and updating data in our company database, verifying data for completeness and correctness, and organizing and maintaining files and records for easy access and retrieval. Your attention to detail, typing skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the success of our data management initiatives.

Responsibilities

* Enter and update data in the company database with a high level of accuracy, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and properly organized.

  • Verify data for completeness and correctness before submitting it to relevant departments, minimizing errors and ensuring data quality.
  • Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval, streamlining our data management processes.
  • Assist with data cleaning and preparation for reporting as needed, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Follow established data entry protocols and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency, maintaining the integrity of our data systems.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.

  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in typing (minimum of 40 WPM), ensuring efficient and accurate data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple data sets effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
