Job Summary
As a Remote Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Innovation and Business Operations teams by providing high-quality data entry services, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with our teams to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality data entry services to support our Innovation and Business Operations teams, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing changes that drive business results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement, including the Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Services, and People and Finance teams.
- Participate in frameworks and acceptance testing to ensure that new systems and processes meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed of progress and results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business improvement and innovation.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology.
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, business analysis, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred.
- Essential knowledge of technical environments is required.
- Openness to Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Essential understanding of project management procedures.
- Critical thinking and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines.
- Past investigator internship experience within the past year is preferred.
- Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition is preferred.
- Ability to work in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, and empathetic.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, such as SAP or Oracle.
