Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and marketing efforts for our secondhand shipping containers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software, leveraging your expertise and passion to engage with customers and encourage them to place orders.
  • Engage with customers via chat, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless buying experience.
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system, taking ownership of the sales process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads, providing valuable insights and feedback to help drive sales growth.
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on our software, products, and sales strategies.
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals and overcome challenges.

Essential Qualifications
