Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist to join our customer service team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live online chats, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate assistance. If you're a skilled communicator with a knack for building relationships and resolving issues, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
  • Promoting interest in arenaflex products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Qualifications

To be successful as a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles
