We're seeking an experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist to join our customer service team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live online chats, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate assistance. Responsibilities

- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
- Promoting interest in arenaflex products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
Qualifications
