Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inquiries and requests from clients and customers in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information regarding arenaflex's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and multiple system adaptability to ensure optimal customer experience and service
- Performing transactions or related functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other products
- Advising clients and customers of other products and services that may fit their needs and providing opportunities for positive interaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
