Job Overview

As a valued member of our remote team, you will be responsible for executing entry-level application administration tasks, accurately establishing and managing organizational profiles and user accounts in a new system, and providing support to various divisions by working designated shifts to fulfill team requirements. You will work closely with team members and end users to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute entry-level application administration tasks as part of an essential migration initiative.

  • Accurately establish and manage organizational profiles and user accounts in a new system.
  • Provide support to various divisions by working designated shifts to fulfill team requirements.
  • Work closely with team members and end users to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve issues related to data entry and system administration.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of user accounts and organizational profiles.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in data entry and system administration.

Required Skills

* Typing Skills: Demonstrate fast and precise typing at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.

  • Tech Proficiency: Possess familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for effective data management.
  • Communication: Exhibit strong proficiency in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly valued.
  • Customer Service: Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role will be advantageous.
  • Reliability: Maintain a strong internet connection and capacity to work remotely.

Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Entry-level experience in application administration or customer service is preferred.
