Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced life insurance benefits advisor to join our remote customer service sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, working remotely to schedule virtual meetings, present benefit programs, and cultivate relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities
* Contact the leads we provide to schedule virtual meetings with clients
- Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them
- Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement changes to enhance our services and processes
Qualifications
* Laptop or computer with camera is required
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain a life & health license
- Basic computer literacy is essential
- Must reside in North America
- Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and be coached as we provide comprehensive training
- Outgoing and friendly personality: a positive and approachable demeanor
- A strong desire to help others: provide valuable advice and services
- Effective communication skills: your ability to connect with others is crucial
