Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing premium service and building relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will have a direct impact on their satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
- Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications
* Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Written and Verbal Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

- 3-month contract with the opportunity for extension based on demand and performance
