Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and tracked
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, escalating issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved to the client's satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Eligibility Requirements:
* Must have at least 1 year of high-volume call center experience or equivalent (healthcare call center experience preferred)
- Must be available to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from
- Must reside in TX, AZ, NV, FL, or MS
