The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the mornings, evenings, and in-between. You'll be working from home, choosing your own schedule on half-hour intervals, and enjoying the flexibility to work at your own pace. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, compliments, and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed and accurate advice to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

* Experience working in a home repair or improvement industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
