The Role

As a Proactive Customer Recall Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and information to vehicle owners who are at risk for their level of satisfaction with our products. You will proactively contact customers to help them have the ultimate customer care experience, ensuring they are happy with their purchase. Your duties will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed) while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Supporting the department and team leads with operational projects
  • Building positive, lasting relationships with your customer base
  • Having a full understanding of project operational and workflow processes to meet quality and productivity guidelines

Skills for Success

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Computer navigation and telephone skills
  • Typing skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and take part in discussions as a consultant
  • Ability to negotiate/create solutions that meet client, customer, and arenaflex objectives
  • Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build positive, lasting relationships with your customer base
  • One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Available to work shifts between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time-sensitive

* Degree in a relevant or related field

Remote Work Requirements

* Michigan resident

  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
