Job Summary

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through online chat platforms. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric approach will make all the difference in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all customer data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 minutes of receiving the chat request.

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour of receiving the chat request.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher, as measured through regular customer feedback and surveys.
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): Maintain an AHT of 5 minutes or less, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
