About the Position
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide product information, demos, and training to customers as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements
