Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and develop business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and following up on opportunities to improve

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration)

• Four-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• Three years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
• Three years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* Three years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical

• Three years of experience in technical program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Excellent analytical, data interpretation, and decision-making skills

* Strong technical program management skills, with experience leading complex projects from start to finish

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop business recommendations and drive process improvement
