Job Summary
As a French Wholesale Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the main point of contact for our independent B2B customers in the fashion industry. You will be responsible for responding to all enquiries, requests, and issues from customers, ensuring that these get fully resolved in an efficient way. You will also help manage customer relationships, process daily orders, and work with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the main point of contact for our independent B2B customers in the fashion industry
- Respond to all enquiries, requests, and issues from customers, ensuring that these get fully resolved in an efficient way
- Help manage customer relationships, including arranging promotions, sending information and samples as needed, and helping manage the client's product catalogue
- Process daily orders to system and work with our warehouse team to ensure goods are shipped on time
- Plan the week's shipments with our logistics team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Fluency in French (written and spoken)
- Customer service experience within the wholesale sector (essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Understanding of logistics/import/export in international markets
- Target-driven and determined, with a strong sense of helping customers find the right solutions for their business
- Strong administrative skills, including organization, time management, and proficiency in Excel
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a similar role in the fashion industry
- Knowledge of the wholesale sector and its trends
- Experience working with CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
