Job Summary
We are seeking an entry-level remote data entry specialist to join our team. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and analyzing complex data, developing reporting solutions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis, reporting, and software development, while contributing to the success of a leading healthcare company.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Required Education
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
