Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Picking and Packing Orders: Selecting and packing orders that have been received through our application, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory levels, including tracking expiration dates and monitoring stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including performing tasks such as cleaning and restocking shelves.
• Customer Support: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, including order information, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
