Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our clients, addressing their technical and business-related queries, and helping them to maximize the value of our solutions. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve complex issues, and collaborate with other support specialists to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing technical and business-related questions
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve complex issues, and implement solutions to improve customer experiences
- Work closely with other support specialists to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our solutions, including web and cloud application development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions
- Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements to enhance customer support and overall business efficiency
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in providing customer support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies or IT-related industries
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of web and cloud application development, HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript
- Experience with multiple customer support platforms, including Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, and Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role, with a focus on web and cloud application development
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum principles
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Certification in customer support or a related field
