Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Information Science and Investigation group. As a High Level Examination Examiner, you will be responsible for driving enhancements across arenaflex's portfolio of products by utilizing data. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will create, drive, and manage new systems to ensure the growth of the business and the overall bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

* Empower data-driven scientific capabilities in a multichannel marketing environment that influence internal and external datasets (via SQL and other analytical tools) to create insights that illuminate business cycles and marketing products.

• Work with cross-functional partners to define and prioritize examination needs, scope projects, and build/make new analysis capabilities using SQL, R, Tableau, as well as other visualization tools to drive business-critical decisions and advancements. Create automated tools that enable the team to analyze and review results from controlled tests (A/B tests), test hypotheses, work out statistical significance, further improve targeting recommended procedures, and enhance segmentation.
• Use SQL and other analytical tools (e.g., Python or R) to analyze large datasets addressing millions of users to understand user behavior and identify key characteristics that inform the creation of new audience segments and extend the reach of our marketing across and within platforms.
• Balance business timelines with analytical thoroughness in data analysis to improve business direction and needs for the team lead.
• Assemble reporting tools and data pipelines using SQL, Python, and other internal tools to enable self-service for outreach teams. Communicate the results of analyses with business partners.

Required Capabilities and Abilities:

* B.A. or B.S. degree in a quantitative field (Math/Statistics, CS, Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar)

• 3+ years of experience driving quantifiable outcomes (adoption, engagement) with digital products across different lines of business
• Experience with SQL, complex, large-scale social databases, statistical projects, and other tools with the ability to learn other specialized applications quickly to extract and interpret quantitative information
• Experience building complex visualizations (Tableau and Looker or more)
• Creative thinker equipped to work both in an executive limit (10,000 foot view perspective, asks "why") and an active/execution limit (detailed, meticulous)
• Ability to translate quantitative analyses into compelling and actionable recommendations with confidence
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Capabilities:

• Experience in SAS, Python, R, or any scripting language
