Job Description
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and contribute to the growth of our content portfolio. You will work closely with our High-Level Examination and Content Development team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data sets and identify opportunities for business growth. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will enable you to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical modeling, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to drive business decisions
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions
- Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant outcomes through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques (decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.)
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
