Job Summary

As a Remote Freight and Logistics Support Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing and managing customer shipments, including tracking, tracing, and resolving any discrepancies
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as operations, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Process and manage customer shipments, including tracking, tracing, and resolving any discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Valid driver's license required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in freight, logistics, or a related field

  • Strong writing and computer skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
