Key Responsibilities

As an IT Business Analyst – IT Operations, Data Entry and Server Farm Management, you will be responsible for:

• Providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of the basic framework that supports our airport communication spaces for arenaflex's IT Operations Group.
• IT administration of all site executions, inventories, framework planning, accompanying, preventive measures for maintenance and break/fix services for server farm basic infrastructure, IT certificate labs, and remote communication room basic climate hardware.
• IT support of IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application.
• Remote coordination in conjunction with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix exercises at remote communication rooms.
• Management, operation, support, and monitoring of all basic offices infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room gear.
• Advancement of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT framework.
• Support IT Operations grounds fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service progression of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
• Suggesting and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate norms and regulations.
• Project management of server farm and remote communication room principles capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
• Choice of IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual commitments.
• Overseeing the plan, execution, and vendor support of the suitable electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
• Providing proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm hardware.
• Functional sustainability of airport basic climate framework.
• Developing Plan Standards for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems.
• Remote coordination of airport basic infrastructure maintenance and break-fix exercises.
• Survey/Store Maintenance Records. Ensure errors are remediated.
• Providing remote Occurrence Management goal to airport basic hardware.
• Providing remote installation, setup, and operational support.
• Maintaining strict adherence to change control exercises.
• Balancing multiple needs within established time constraints
• Adaptability to assist an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and availability for potential emergency requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliably focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience

• IT Project Management experience with at least 3 years within a high availability communication room or server farm operating environment, daily operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment
• Strong knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices framework
• Project management of remote communication room principles capital upgrades, overhauls, and improvements
• Capital planning and project management for airport basic hardware life cycle substitution
• Support Corporate Land projects that relate to remote communication room design/operation as an IT Operations agent and on-site appraisal reporting
• Space, UPS Power, and basic cooling capacity management
• Choice of basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual commitments
• Oversees the plan, execution, and vendor support of the suitable electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
