Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing data entry processes into our database with accuracy and efficiency
• Completing assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner
• Processing special and recurring reports and administrative records
• Verifying and correcting information, codes, and account numbers as necessary
• Ensuring complete and accurate data entries into the system
• Comparing data entered with source documents and resolving system edits concerning invalid data
• Making copies of required documents
• Filing documents when applicable
• Maintaining a production sheet of work completed on a daily basis

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
• Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
