What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Data Entry Assistant / Typing Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Logging in petitions and creating and labeling case folders for effective case management
  • Researching cases and preparing data for entry into relevant systems
  • Maintaining the integrity of files and assisting with scanning documents for electronic case files
  • Receiving, sorting, and delivering incoming mail and cases while managing outgoing case files
  • Inputting call questions and email responses into tracking systems, ensuring accurate documentation

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant administrative experience
  • The ability to pass a typing test of at least 35-40 WPM with no errors
  • Experience in an office or clerical environment
  • Intermediate computer skills, including basic MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, and Email)
  • The ability to pass a thorough criminal background check and credit history for government clearance
