Job Overview
As a Customer Support Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers, managing sales inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems, and preventing and resolving disputes on PayPal and Stripe. You will also be responsible for processing orders, creating shipping labels, calculating the price of products, creating renders and mockup designs, working with AI tools to create new content, and managing social media outreach to influencers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Manage sales inquiries and troubleshoot customer problems with handling arenaflex products
- Prevent and resolve disputes on PayPal and Stripe
- Process orders and create shipping labels
- Calculate the price of products
- Create renders and mockup designs using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Work with AI tools to create new content
- Manage social media outreach to influencers
- Conduct follow-up and sales calls
- Create compelling copy for marketing materials
- Provide live chat support to customers
- Manage and operate Shopify, including creating and managing products, orders, and inventory
- Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications
- Strong sales abilities and experience
- Proven negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Slack and Gorgias app
- Ability to manage social media accounts effectively
- Minimum of 3 years of customer support experience
- High understanding of worldwide addresses
- Access to high-speed internet without any power or signal interruptions
Essential Qualifications
* Advanced level (C1-C2) English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in managing and operating Shopify
- Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications
- Strong sales abilities and experience
- Proven negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and basic skills in Illustrator
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Slack and Gorgias app
- Ability to manage social media accounts effectively
- Minimum of 3 years of customer support experience
- High understanding of worldwide addresses
