Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, and through our ticketing system.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information in HubSpot.
  • Following best practices for documentation in our ticketing system.
  • Contributing to company-wide initiatives, such as adopting new technologies and launching new products.
  • Participating in our rotating on-call schedule to ensure our customers receive support outside of standard business hours.
  • Consistently meeting performance metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Software experience: Experience with eMARs, EHRs, or other healthcare-related technologies is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities: The ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Bachelor or Associate's degree: A degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Remote work environment: A home office that is compliant with cybersecurity and other company workplace policies.

Work Hours / Schedule:

Our regular work hours are 10:30 am CT (8:30 am PT, 9:30 am MT, 11:30 am ET) to 7:00 pm CT (5:00 pm PT, 6:00 pm MT, 8:00 pm ET), Monday through Friday. Support team members are required to participate in the on-call/after-hours rotational schedule.
