Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting Customers: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email. You'll help customers navigate our software and services, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
  • Escalating Calls: When necessary, escalate calls to our team of experts to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
  • Communicating Effectively: Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for someone who can build trust and rapport with our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, software, and technology to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor, including a quiet, uninterrupted workspace and a willingness to participate in video calls.

Earnings Potential

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with peak rates applying during January to April. You'll also have the potential to earn more during peak times, with average earnings ranging from $16 to $19 per hour.

Schedule

This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2025. You'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with opportunities to work between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday to Sunday.

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure you're able to deliver exceptional customer service, you'll need:

  • Quiet, Uninterrupted Space: A quiet, uninterrupted workspace that's free from distractions.
  • Organized Desk Area: An organized desk area that's clutter-free and conducive to focused work.
  • Professional Appearance: A professional appearance, including a willingness to participate in video calls.

Technology Requirements

To perform your duties, you'll need:

  • Personal Computer: A personal computer (no tablet) with a valid operating system.
  • Broadband Internet Connection: A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
  • Wired Internet Connection: A wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet).
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 Operating System: A valid Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
  • Valid Antivirus Software: Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date.
  • USB Headset with Microphone: A USB headset with microphone.
  • Webcam: A webcam will be loaned to each contractor for the duration of the contract.

Important Information

Please note that we are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

Job Types

This is a part-time, contract, temporary, and seasonal position.

Pay

The pay for this position is up to $19.00 per hour.

Expected Hours

The expected hours for this position are 10-40 per week.

The shift for this position includes:

  • 8 hour shift: Work an 8 hour shift, with opportunities to take breaks and recharge.
  • Day shift: Work a day shift, with opportunities to work during the day.
  • Evening shift: Work an evening shift, with opportunities to work in the evening.
  • Morning shift: Work a morning shift, with opportunities to work in the morning.
  • Rotating shift: Work a rotating shift, with opportunities to work at different times.
  • Split shift: Work a split shift, with opportunities to work at different times.

Work Location

This is a remote position, with opportunities to work from home.
