Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Live Chat Agent to join our customer service team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints through live chat, processing orders and modifications promptly, escalating complaints when necessary, and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor with customers. You will also utilize computer systems to assist customers effectively and provide them with the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with ease
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in customer service preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably with live chat support experience

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software
