Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through chats and tickets. Your primary goal will be to assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and provide a positive experience that drives customer loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries through chats and tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer concerns
- Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert-level support
Requirements

Experience:
1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a high-volume environment
Language:
Fluency in English writing and speaking
Skills:
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications

Experience:
2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a high-volume environment
Language:
Fluency in Spanish writing and speaking
Skills:
+ Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software + Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools + Experience with data analysis and reporting + Ability to work in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
