Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Sales Representative - Fully Remote to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems. Your primary goal will be to deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives, while adhering to standard contact procedures and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact existing customers on behalf of arenaflex, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems

• Upgrade or resubscribe their services, delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives
• Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives
• Adhere to standard contact procedures, building relationships, and overcoming prospect objections
• Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards

Requirements

* Must be a resident of North Carolina

• Private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise or distractions
• Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred
• Professional vocabulary
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Assertive, quick thinking
• Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
• Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
• Good computer skills

Technical Requirements

* Must provide your own Computer or Laptop

• Internet Connection - Direct wired connection: Minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10mbps upload of DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable (no dial-up, satellite, and mobile broadband connections)
• Windows 10 Desktop or laptop current on all security updates
