Your Role as a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to provide them with accurate and helpful information, resolve their issues, and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Resolve service problems, including customer complaints, causes of the problem, and other related issues
- Ensure that customer queries are answered to their satisfaction and in a timely manner
- Address customer concerns related to our services and provide the best solutions for their needs via various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media
- Escalate any customer complaints to the Operations Supervisor when needed and ensure that solutions have been sorted out efficiently
- Accurately and completely document customer interactions using our communication methods
About You
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- An innate drive to provide excellent customer service
- Completed high school education
- Strong interpersonal and comprehension skills
- Ability to handle escalated situations, remittances, and disputes
- Excellent communication and demonstrable probing and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
Temporary Work from Home Requirements:
To ensure that you can work effectively from home, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Laptop or desktop with a minimum 2.0 GHz processor (I3, I5, I7, or dual-core and up processor)
- At least 8 GB of RAM and 80 GB HD space with 20 GB available
- One available USB port and a USB headset (combo mic and headset with noise-canceling)
- Internet access via cable or fiber (DSL, satellite, etc. is not permitted)
- Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 2 Mbps
- Hardwired into the PC/laptop (wireless internet access not permitted)
