Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on flight schedules, bookings, and travel policies. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package starting at $45,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
