The Role: Customer Service Representative - Healthcare

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues with empathy and expertise. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support, and that our platform continues to evolve and improve.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to Provider offices and answer inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues

• Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for outreach and improvement
• Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
• Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills:

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and customer-centricity
• Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
