Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in computer skills, including internet browser, email, and ability to learn new software
• Good conflict resolution skills and ability to handle private and confidential information
• A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to excellence

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center environment

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience with sales and upselling techniques
• Certification in customer service or a related field

Schedule

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

• Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
• Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

Location

This is a work-from-home position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a remote employee, you will be required to have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
