Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume calls: Efficiently manage 50+ calls per day via inbound calls or auto-dialer, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to clients' queries and concerns.
- Providing patient assistance: De-escalate situations, offer support, and assist patients with scheduling payment arrangements.
- Multi-tasking: Utilize relative websites and our in-house system to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible scheduling: Be open to working flexible schedules, including weekends or late hours, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
- Training and development: Complete a comprehensive training program to ensure proficiency in working the dialer, taking payments, and noting correspondence in both English and Spanish.
Training Schedule:
* 1-week training program: Attend a comprehensive training program, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 100% attendance required.
- Work shift: Work 3 days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and 2 days from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
