Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner

• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or provide information
• Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshoot any concerns
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
• Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish as needed to enhance customer experience
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements for service enhancement

Essential Qualifications:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus

• Experience with outbound calling and client services in an office environment
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to analyze information effectively to address customer needs
• Familiarity with computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations
• Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1 year of customer service experience

• Personal Lines License (Preferred)
