Job Purpose

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building customer loyalty and confidence by receiving and processing customer orders, inquiries, and issues related to our products. You'll be responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with multiple customers and sales staff, utilizing your knowledge of products, logistics, production planning, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist front-line supervisors by providing exceptional customer experience support and contributing to achieving targets in areas such as productivity and turnaround times.

  • Handle complex and valuable issues for assigned book of business, building customer loyalty and confidence through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Strengthen relationships with sales teams by training and implementing new processes, policies, and procedures through user acceptance testing and facilitating training.
  • Lead team initiatives and train and mentor other team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to drive success.
  • Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on common arenaflex procedures and software, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Take on special project work, applying your skills and expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Complete timely order processing, confirmations, order tracking/status updates, product availability, and all other internal and external customer inquiries.
  • Work effectively with all functional areas (sales, ops, finance, etc.) to satisfy customer needs and drive business success.
  • Manage resolution of pricing, invoicing, credits, payments, shipping discrepancies, and other complex inquiries for customers with appropriate personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications

* Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.

  • Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills, with experience in software applications and systems.
  • Decision-making skills and independent judgment, enabling you to make informed decisions and take ownership of your work.
  • Ability to manage customer challenges in a professional and decisive manner, maintaining a positive and respectful tone.
  • Customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Work Experience

* 3-5 years of related job experience, with a strong background in customer service, sales, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.

Education

* Bachelor's Degree Preferred

  • High School Diploma/GED
