Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Experts & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
• Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues
• Meeting sales objectives as defined

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6 months of customer service experience minimum
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills
• 6 months of sales experience minimum
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
• Ability to stay composed and objective
• Strong listening skills
• Superior negotiating skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need:

• Internet Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN + Proof of internet speed required
