Job Type:

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. As a Customer Service Associate, you will work from home, providing a flexible and comfortable work environment.

Location:

The Netherlands (virtual, work from home in the Netherlands at your registered Dutch home address)

Compensation:

* Competitive salary

• Up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only)
• Salary increase after 6 months of tenure

Start Date:

Immediate openings available, with a start date of October 2023

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and/or email
• Resolving queries and preventing issues related to orders, products, payments, and website guidance
• Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
• Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Participating in rotating shifts, including early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required
• Completing initial four weeks of full-time training (paid)

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Right to work in The Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
• Experience working with a computer
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
• Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
• A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• From a technical perspective, a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
