Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers
  • Providing exceptional support experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers to resolve their queries and concerns

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • The right to work in the Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office area
  • From a technical perspective, a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
