The Role

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support for their finance-related queries. You'll work closely with our FinCare team to resolve inquiries, answer payment and invoice questions, and assist customers with desired changes to their account. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Research, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries within 48 hours of receipt, prioritizing based on customer impact

  • Answer customer payment and invoice questions
  • Assist customers with desired changes to their account
  • Assist arenaflex employees with questions and problems
  • Provide a great customer experience
  • Resolve difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically to best assist the customer and arenaflex
  • Maintain high-quality work, including timeliness, completeness, and accuracy
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Experience with Data Entry
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and telephone skills
  • Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
  • Regular and predictable attendance is a function of the job
