Job Description

As a Contact Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Responding to customer requests, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives or management as needed.
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.

Requirements
