Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full post-sale customer lifecycle, including onboarding oversight, business reviews, and renewal negotiations, to ensure customers achieve measurable results and true value from the platform.
- Drive product adoption by educating users, monitoring usage, and identifying improvement opportunities to maximize the value of our platform for customers.
- Understand customer KPIs and business outcomes to align product usage with strategic goals, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Collect, synthesize, and communicate product feedback to internal stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Act as the internal advocate for customers, handling escalations and coordinating cross-team efforts to resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to support the implementation of new features and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Build a strong base of referenceable customers through high-touch engagement, leveraging customer success stories to drive business growth and expansion.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field, such as business, marketing, or customer success.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a technical SaaS environment, with a proven track record of managing a book of business and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with two or more of the following domains: SaaS, CRM, CX platforms, Support Software, or APIs, with a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and inspire action with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized and efficient, with project management experience and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and drive recommendations to drive business impact and customer success.
- Empathetic approach to customer interactions and internal collaboration, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Familiarity with coding, SQL, analytics tools, or HIPAA compliance, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
