Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various digital channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or other digital communication platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer issues, concerns, and inquiries related to products, services, or account information.
- Providing accurate product and service information, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
