Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues via chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and effective support to customers, troubleshooting product or service issues
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve the customer experience
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
