The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional support and guidance through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or telecommunications is a plus.

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred, but not required.
